In the early 2000s, Mr.
Barkat Velani envisioned starting a business to provide affordable and
healthy snacks to everyone in India. With the support of his family, he
launched the TARGET brand, producing items like Fryums and
Namkeen in the FMCG industry.
Despite initial
challenges, his dedication paid off, and TARGET became the first to introduce
packaged snacks in Gujarat. The brand rapidly expanded, introducing School Time
and TiTop, achieving an impressive annual sales rate of INR
120 Cr within a year.
Since its inception,
Target has seen remarkable growth, reaching INR 1000 Cr with TiTop, School
Time, and Velani's across Gujarat, MP, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and
Chandigarh. We plan to launch new flavours in Chips and Namkeen under
the TiTOP brand, with new manufacturing units in Gujarat and Madhya
Pradesh
